Terms and Conditions:

The Mediacom Employee Referral program applies only to qualified new business accounts referred by a Mediacom employee. Mediacom Business (Commercial and Fiber Solutions) Division employees are not eligible for this program. To participate, a Mediacom employee must complete the online referral form in its entirety at www.mediacom123.com. New businesses are defined as those businesses that have not subscribed to any combination of Mediacom Business services within the last 6 months; an existing Mediacom Business customer who is referred to add an additional service or upgrade existing service does not qualify as a new business.

The referred service contract must include Business Class Internet, Phone or TV. The referring employee is eligible to receive $100 flat when the referred business starts billing regardless of the number of services subscribed. Referrals made on businesses with multiple locations via the same business owner will count as one referral. The referred business must become an installed customer within 90 days after the referral is submitted and the referring employee must be employed by Mediacom at the time of installation and when the reward is paid, in order to receive the reward. Mediacom reserves the right to refuse payment of the reward, for any reason, at its sole discretion. Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive reward. Mediacom reserves the right to alter, modify, suspend or terminate this program, at any time, without notice.
